Low Rate Server Re-Testing In Progress!!

I am now starting to fully make sure everything is good order before i re-open my server!!

I now have a FULLY WORKING MU EDITOR for the server's version so i can now hold GM events!!


Things i am testing are:
Monsters Strength - making sure they are strong but not too strong
ALL Item Drops Rates - Making sure there's plenty of jewels and very few special items (eg: items for fenrir)
Making sure there is access to ALL (most) maps through "WALKING"

However there are 2 NPCs in Aida that are new to me and one has very limited info and when you place a wrong item you can't close inventory!!
If anyone knows what these goblin like NPCs do i'd gladly appreciate if you told me

USE OF OSBORNE AND GERRIDOR

These 2 NPC are located in Aida each perform a specific function.

OSBORNE


It serves to refine Normal and Excellent items

It has 20% of successful refinement in normal items
It has 50% of successful refinement in excellent items

Normal Items = Lower Refining Stone
Items = Excellent Higher Refining Stone

NOTE: The item can burn at the time of refinement

HIGHER REFINING STONE
It serves to up 1 point to the choices made by the Jewel of Harmony, it has a higher percentage of success, if it fails it lows to the baseline(initial value)


LOWER REFINING STONE
It serves to up 1 point to the choices made by the Jewel of Harmony, it has a lower percentage of success, if it fails it lows to the baseline(initial value)




The Refining items increase the value option of the item.

INCREASING ITEM BY HIGH / LOWER REFINING STONE

This item was added 2 High Refining Stone which uped 2 points over defense.

GERRIDOR

It serves to Restore the refined items by osborne and Jewel Harmony to be able to trade.
